What does “home” mean? A place, a smell, a memory, or just something you miss? With the notion of home as point of departure, different projects are brought together.
At Kazemat Z, I will show a site-specific installation of 5 quadriptychs from the series Near. In this series I explore my nearby environment in the near-infrared and ultraviolet, wavelengths imperceptible to humans but visible to bats, bees and machines. ; the alien colours highlight the lack of standard or norm and reveal a slightly different reality.
Locations: House of the City, Tower of the Great Church, Fortress Museum, Theatre The Mess and the ramparts
With: Marwan Magroun, Lex Chen, Wouter le Duc, Maurice van Es, Ringel Goslinga, Caroline Kist, Rox Klijn, Gerco de Ruijter, Martine Stig, Nick Verhage, Wesley Verhoeve, Vincent Zanni, Stephan Keppel.
